2019-01-16 12:48:42 UTC

2019-01-16 12:48:56 UTC

Of course not Tea

2019-01-16 12:49:08 UTC

ok question from stranger to GB laws: Why is there so many people just standing? Are chairs too expencive or something?

2019-01-16 12:49:20 UTC

Because the vote was either keep the status quo, or massive unknown change

2019-01-16 12:49:25 UTC

lmao

2019-01-16 12:49:29 UTC

72 days until brexit

2019-01-16 12:49:43 UTC

We don't have the economic model to replace what we had with the EU, doesn't mean it can't be done.

2019-01-16 12:49:54 UTC

Remainers lack ambition.

2019-01-16 12:49:59 UTC

Or baws

2019-01-16 12:50:02 UTC

^

2019-01-16 12:50:21 UTC

There's a difference between ambition and blind confidence

2019-01-16 12:50:27 UTC

that's actually true. it's weird how remain folk have absolutely no confidence in the nation or its people. they're really cynical about our position in the world

2019-01-16 12:50:29 UTC

It was never blind confidence.

2019-01-16 12:50:45 UTC

just because they didnt vote on what the deal is doesnt mean they get to revote cause one gash decided to hold up negotiations jackie

2019-01-16 12:50:59 UTC

we're still a major player, it's in the interests of the EU to work with us and not against us

2019-01-16 12:50:59 UTC

It was the actuality WE can decide to make our shit better away from people making laws for us regarding this situation.

2019-01-16 12:51:03 UTC

sabotaging us would hurt them as well

2019-01-16 12:51:08 UTC

We've been through worse and come out better for it.

2019-01-16 12:51:11 UTC

If Remain had won, I'd have been disappointed but then I'd have pushed for the reform within the EU that was promised. I'd have liked it if Remainers accepted the result and tried to get the best out of the situation rather than constantly undermining the process.

2019-01-16 12:51:40 UTC

@Tailed Feature what do you mean lmao, the type of people who voted remain aren't the "good losers" type

2019-01-16 12:52:01 UTC

Squawking until they get their own way

2019-01-16 12:52:06 UTC

mr speaker is PANDERING

2019-01-16 12:52:07 UTC

"Look how bad Brexit has been so far." Well yes, the process has been overseen by those who didn't want it in the first place.

2019-01-16 12:52:15 UTC

most of them seem to have the mindset of "Oh well, ***I*** lost so that means everyone else needs to suffer too"

2019-01-16 12:52:19 UTC

who is that mister speaker? Seems like fun job

2019-01-16 12:52:20 UTC

Exactly, Tailed.

2019-01-16 12:52:31 UTC

OOODDAAAAA

2019-01-16 12:52:35 UTC

Media has been dogging leavers since the referendum.

2019-01-16 12:52:36 UTC

of course the EU would prefer us to stay in, we contribute way more than we take out. they also need to not look soft on leaving nations because that'd stoke other exit campaigns. so from the EU side they kind of have to give us a hard time, but if we leave they will want a good relationship with us.

2019-01-16 12:52:46 UTC

ODER

2019-01-16 12:52:50 UTC

on our side, we just have an incompetent government with a shit leader that hasn't negotiated well

2019-01-16 12:53:02 UTC

thats like saying we should leave mens health reform to man hater style feminists

2019-01-16 12:53:07 UTC
2019-01-16 12:53:34 UTC

BBC are meant to be politically neutral, yet Daily Politics has had 120 remainers on to discuss, 30 odd leavers.

2019-01-16 12:53:43 UTC

EU wants your money so they can form a multination army

2019-01-16 12:53:51 UTC

plain and simple

2019-01-16 12:53:53 UTC

Multination army <:omegalul:431263624129019915>

2019-01-16 12:53:54 UTC

i think the EU being awkward and tough on negotiations has scared remainers into thinking if we leave that we're fucked

2019-01-16 12:53:59 UTC

that's exactly what the EU wants lol

2019-01-16 12:54:14 UTC

@Tea you laugh but france and germany are talking about doing just that
