I like doing some baked fish, flaking it and chucking in a salad. Letruce, cucumber, tomato, spinach and avocado. More protein than pretty much anything else.

I can make a mean fucking chilli too (I don't fuck with beans in my chilli though)

It doesn’t really matter how much of stuff you put in a slow cooker it will cook great as long as there’s enough liquid in it.

They will turn the cheapest toughest meats into mouth melting meat too

@coattailsandbowties Nah man. a proper slow cooker texas style chilli. the type you let slow cook for like .. 8 hours where it becomes a meat soup.
