"I was raped so I wanna abort" = I was violated so that means I can murder a child
"cannot survive the birthing process" The point of medicine/surgery is to save lives. So how would murder serve this purpose? There are many options other than an abortion, chosing that is lazy and evil unless absolutely necessary.
