What are your opinions of Capitalism?
It is generally a system that has corrupted human nature and has been the one that has led to the destruction of traditional values.
anyone have some spare oil
Not to mention it has caused war solely for profit.
And economic gains.
I like that.
I don't.
It led to many wars between brothers.
I should have you arrested for disagreeing with me and hurting my feelings.
Unfortunately the US economy is still war based (thanks for FDR's New deal) and we *need* to be at a constant state of war in order to keep our economy from crashing.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Has been obvious since WW2
Brb
war isn't that bad you guys
As long as oil is involved.
Well... we need our oil.
Wow
Yeah, one of my favorite quotes
Marx, Nietzche, Stirner
Mainly Stirner for pissing people off in debates
I bet you make many religious people upset when talking about Stirner.
He was a strong believer of nihilism, right?
Oh yes.
I piss anyone off who believes their ideology is an objective truth
Smh, there is truth behind nothing. We have nothing but our Countries and family.
Pretty much.
Stirner did not reject morals, but decided that you should follow your own moral compass.
Religion does have its purpose- morals, and a guide for a cooperative society, can't group together a bunch of people with different morals and beliefs... now can we?
Obviously not
They serve a purpose of binding humans.
Sometimes for their own good.
I recommend you watch (when you have the time) a 6 hour documentary- "Adolf Hitler: The greatest story never told".
Watched it.
Beautiful but I think they had bs parts about Soviet genocide.
If I remember correctly.
I consider Stalin to be a nationalist.
A stunning documentary, really exposed how the winners of wars rewrite history, feed their children a false narrative of what really happened.
Yeah, same with the neoliberals who've rewrote socialism
