It becomes a nuisance

When in fact, harassment and singling people out because of their sexual orientation is already illegal

Nobody should be attacked for being who they are. But when it's already against the law and everyone knows harassment and violence is wrong, all we can do is be aware and be ready to go after them legally and speak out
