Trump is using tariffs to reduce Trade deficits, which is an indicator of our wealth, not an indicator of our budget deficit which has absolutely nothing to do with it

Trade deficits are to be praised, not to be trashed

The obsession with "fairness" is the real problem here and people on the right should condemn it because it's the same argument used with income inequality and socialism

It's obviously more important that Americans be better off than have equal tariff rates that harm American workers and consumers
