The attack on fake news is definitely warranted. They are attacking the people, which makes them the enemy.
So what about their first amendment? Mine is just as important. Doesn’t stop them from attacking people like me or others. Like they say, speech may be free, but it has consequences. Attack people constantly, and they will attack you back. That’s fair play.
If they report *factually false* articles, yes, criticizing them and demanding a retraction is fair
