Most people generally know blacks are less intelligent. But they’re too complacent about it all.

See, the average individual only cares about their social status, their TV, their electricity and their water. As long as the government can ensure these things and keep the population fat and happy via those wants then no ones actually going to care about their community and the shape of what they live in.

Therefor it is useless to pander to these people but rather encourage the government to mess up to where it can’t do these things as well. From there people will care.
