just look at the literacy rates, innovation, the mass exodus of scientists, physicians and mathematicians the SU produced and more.

2018-10-29 15:00:59 UTC

socialism is a transition from capitalism, regardless whether the bourgeois capitalists engage in class warfare against the working class, it would still be established, the question is when

2018-10-29 15:08:57 UTC

Mass exodus of scientists and innovation XD

2018-10-29 15:09:37 UTC

The aerospace industry during the Soviet union was awful

2018-10-29 15:11:47 UTC

Brain drain the best minds from Poland, Ukraine and the other Soviet controlled countries

2018-10-29 15:14:31 UTC

The SU did the best with the limited resources and intellect it had and often resorted to stealing blueprints or reverse engineering captured planes. TU4, Tu144, Buran, Harrier

2018-10-29 15:22:33 UTC

Rampant poverty, starvation, lack of free speech, limited food selection. Ask any old timer how great the SU was

2018-10-29 15:27:10 UTC

Just got this email from the Republicans of Texas, pretty weird glitch, huh?

2018-10-29 15:49:53 UTC

@Trapper brain drains only appeared after the USSR collapsed

2018-10-29 15:50:15 UTC

starvation only happened under Stalin

2018-10-29 15:50:25 UTC

and bread lines only came in after khruschev

2018-10-29 15:51:02 UTC

obviously a nation at the front lines of two world wars and a civil war would be devastated

2018-10-29 15:51:36 UTC

the SU brought down the nazis, and payed for it with 10 million lives and the entire west of their country almost destroyed

2018-10-29 15:51:48 UTC

while the USA only lost 400000 men

2018-10-29 15:52:01 UTC

i mean, look at socialist science

2018-10-29 15:58:34 UTC

@Trapper ask old timer how great the Union was? mate, most actually want the Union back lol

2018-10-29 15:59:28 UTC

quite the industry was very awful, even with the USA capturing German scientists the USSR launched the first satellite into space

2018-10-29 15:59:41 UTC

barely 40 years after the Russia revolution

2018-10-29 16:00:08 UTC

from a agrarian nation to 99% literacy rate and the second greatest superpower

2018-10-29 16:54:40 UTC

They want the Soviet union back because it was the only life they knew. The old people love Putin because he is an image of the old days and is also a symbol of stability

2018-10-29 17:00:08 UTC

If the capitalist United States was so awful then why did the Soviet government censor movies and pictures from the U.S. ? People driving their own cars to grocery stores filled with a variety of food. People have a savings account where the bank doesn't steal your money if the economy goes to shit?

Alex Jones interview of Andrew Torba. Andrew has to cut it short after he finds out the media is at his moms house, harassing her and his brother.

@Leiro レイロ excuse me the soviet union was a fucking disaster at best

it was so poorly organized that fucking *famines* killed it's people

millions of them

the great stalinist purges killed almost as many

The KGB had at least 20 dissidents jailed/killed a day

so I don't see why you're praising such an evil nation

it killed more than the nazis did

it colonized it neighbors,

so don't bullshit me this idealistic crap

2018-10-29 18:45:29 UTC

oof

and by the way,

one of the arguments you made when talking to tapper was "It brought down the nazis and lost millions of men".

Well I have two things to say to that

1,

It lost millions of men because of their bullshit organization and tactics, all developed under soviet doctrines

2,

Does them bringing down nazis mean that their *ideology* is good?

no

no it doesn't
