They are almost entirely capitalists. At their most radical they are social democrats but that still very much believes in capitalism as the ideal economic system, just that it should be regulated such that wealth is redistributed by means of taxes and other such financial regulations aiming to prevent a predatory financial elite from preying on the lower classes.

That’s not to say it’s how that system works in reality, but that’s how they see it.

I think the worst strategic mistake anyone can make is assuming their enemies are idiots and not trying to imagine their perceptions by dismissing it as trying to understand idiocy. The SJWs, feminists, fake news, all of that and more, they see themselves and understand their own actions as more or less fulfilling the basic outline of what I described. Whether their plans of action would manifest in that outcome is up for debate - I’d argue certainly not - but that they see themselves as trying to accomplish those ends is mostly true.

A lot of people in both parties actually aren't really open minded

Some don't take it as seriously as others, aren't as informed as others

So it is pretty difficult for those that are higher, more informed, more experienced with politics, debate etc to assume their opponents aren't as equally leveled as they are

And a lot don't have much respect for the opponent, mainly because they are used to a lot of idiocy on the other side

Not open minded, they think what the other person has to say is never right, so I'll agree with you on this part

But whatever the Democrat agenda is, it doesn't seem America friendly

A lot of Americans hate America, most of which are Democrats

And most of those people also happen to be communists and socialists

They believe a new system, would be better for America. So maybe this is a special faction of the Democratic Party. You have the commies and socialists that fall under the Democratic Party, plus the additional democratic socialist capitalists in the same party
