after the election, every party gets a number of seats based on votes ofcourse

a government is about 76 seats, the rest is the opposition

so after the electing, lots of talks need to be had between to parties to see who will form the government

because no one party has ever gotten 76 seats

so they need to work together

but ofcourse party Y doesn't want to work together with party X unless they change one of their politics
