The only issue with the death penalty is who decides what is and is not worthy of death

but I just don't like the idea of one person or a group having the arrogance to take another's life

i'm torn on the death penalty honestly. i dont believe in playing God but at the same time, law is law and if the penalty is death, well maybe it's fair

a rapist could get 6 months but a person busted with cocaine could get years and years of prison time
