The one context I can think of that being an american soldier is that a German stole it from a Russian and that he had killed before he was transferred to the Western shores, and then was killed by an American who stole it from him.

and you will make more and more money from it
housing market makes the rich richer and the poor poorer
As free market as I am I geniunely don't know enough about housing issues other than artificially low interest rates and pretty high amounts of regulation for construction companies when it comes to getting building permits
And the issues with social housing
Oh and also tax incentives on owning houses vs profiting other ways, doesn't get capital gains taxed so more money flows into houses pushing up prices for people trying to get income from their money
