We see a few in the plant, but most jumbos that come through are 10-15 pounds

The average lobster weight is 1-3 pounds, rarer ones are around 5.

25 crates, roughly 80 pounds a crate, roughly 7/8 lobsters in each one
Lobsters are a bitch to catch, but IMO marlin fishing sounds way more fun
