Took acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and tramadol and nothing has touched the pain
Took a hot bath

If the lower back hurts, keeping a pillow under the small of your back and your legs helps

If you don't, you can ask someone to kinda crack your bag, by holding your arms closer straight towards them at the back
