Well i would say honey is a more mild form of sugar, it has other nutrients too so much better, but i know the problem all to well since i have a BMi of 18

i mean i belive in natrual sugars is better then artificial atleast, because i get stomach aches when i have something with artificial sugar

and kool aid makes much more sense, cus generally anything that has 0 calories on it has artificial sugars

Yeah in this case it's add your own sweetener. Which is why I ordered it rather than buying their presweetened brand

Plus the packets are super cheap
