The only time I've ever experience anything like sleep paralysis was when I was sedated in hospital

I saw three and they were in the dreams right before the paralysis. One was in my kitchen, another in the corner by the front door and another just past the hallway.

The first time i did it everything was pitch black but I could tell where i was
I floated up and started floating around the livingroom

they moved closer with every awakening from a dream into the next.

Then i got this terrible sense

And panicked and had to rush back to my body

This is like reading a horror novel. Creepy

It was fucking terrifying

One time it was a woman and the other time it was a man that looked like my dad

Oh man I remember having a lucid dream about my dad

He wanted me to pick him up from the airport here so I could find him a job 😂

And the name mine gave me was actually a deamons name
Which i didnt learn til later when it turns out after what was a weird mental night for me in a vc w some friends they also had weird dreams of it

I'm a little fucked up. After I awoke from it- I found that I ENJOYED it. I am a horror aficionado to maybe a certain disturbing degree. I haven't had an experience like that since. I kinda want another one but I would have to put myself though a lot of pain to do so. I know the catalyst of why I had the experience in the first place.

So unless you're depressed and exhausted I wouldn't worry

In the spirit guide thing it came to me in the form of a girl with raven black hair and shiny red eyes

I have my insomnia under a certain amount of control. It's not out of hand like it was back then.
