@Hazard Pluto my dad is an an immigrant who lost his job in the 2008 recession. My family is only well off because they worked hard. My mum went back to uni to do a 4th masters degree while raising two kids. She didn't have a job and neither did my dad. We were on them good centerlink payments. I can't find a job due to the area I live in so I volunteer my time helping the disadvantaged families who have disabled children. Horse therapy is fucking expensive so instead of being payed I volunteer so it's cheaper for the families and horses are fucking assholes so it's not very fun. I'm not well off at all but even I recognise that if you put in the fucking work and you focus the or going to get somewhere no matter of your situation.
