Tip for energy, taking coffee and then a power nap of 10-20 minutes can really help

2020-02-06 17:18:04 UTC

another tip: drink ice water

2020-02-06 17:18:54 UTC

Tbh I’m bored, I’mma learn calculus out of boredom.

Another tip: Don't drink so much coffee.

2020-02-06 17:20:12 UTC

Iirc, it’s that you have to consume more and more caffeine for the same effect as you continue drinking it

2020-02-06 17:20:17 UTC

i have gaps in my schedule in where i can nap

2020-02-06 17:20:43 UTC

When it’s college, loads of time cramming is involved yes?

"Caffeine has been associated with anxiety, restlessness, and difficulty sleeping. In addition, some studies suggest that drinking it regularly, even in moderate amounts, can cause chronic headaches and migrainesΒ ." -Lisa Wartenberg, Healthline.

2020-02-06 17:22:22 UTC

Oh that too

2020-02-06 17:22:30 UTC

Because it stimulates your nervous system.

Tea is a great alternative as it still has caffeine but not high amounts. Personally, I only drink tea because I can't stand the taste of coffee.

2020-02-06 17:23:58 UTC

Ah ha, I see, the video is telling me that if I were to become a science major, I may have to take more calculus

2020-02-06 17:24:08 UTC

So learning this early sounds like a good idea

What do you want to do career wise?

2020-02-06 17:25:06 UTC

I’m going into law so I can avoid calculus for the rest of my life

2020-02-06 17:25:09 UTC

Well, I’m not really specific on career, but I do want to have a science-oriented occupation

I’m currently on two sides of the coin, either *just science*, or that I could become a professor for science related subjects.

You must be quite smart then.
