Need to get stuff done here, too.
Documents, straightening up, making space for the hutch and dining room furniture
isent it costing more money to keep the apertment going while you get the work done
And the two lift chairs I just bought them for an anniversary present.
It's costing almost $2,000/month.
We need to get it closed before the end of the month!
We already paid for November and December.
god move everything to your basement and dont spend that kind of money
than do the work you have to do
They're charging a life care fee - meaning if Mom had to move from the apartment to nursing home she'd pay a lower rate.
SHE ISN'T GOING TO GO TO THE NURSING HOME!!!!! WHY DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THAT $475/month?????
you should not have to pay that
They'll say it's because it's in the contract.
And Mom had it on auto payments on her credit card.
do you have to keep her contract
I tried to get the payments stopped, but they needed a death certificate and still didn't get stuff stopped in time.
I think we found it in Dad's room.
I'm going to check to see if it says that the fee continues after death.
i hope so or move all the stuff to your basement and do what you have to do from home
i cant see it having to be honered after death it was hers not yours
My granddaughter is taking the living room furniture.
I get the hutch and dining room furniture.
My brother is taking the kitchen furniture.
So most of it is spoken for and the rest goes to Salvation Army.
i would get every thing out and not pay at all for anything anymore
and do what i have to do from home
The furniture was made in a little town where my grandmother, father and other relatives worked.
The White House had that kind of furniture many years ago. It's that good
Solid wood.
must be good furniture than
We can't just give that up.
no you get that out as well
But we should be out by the 31st. Then I turn in the keys and I'm done with those people.
I bought the car from my brother - paid half the value
well that is good not long left than
2011 Buick LeSabre - 31,000 miles.
No kidding.
Literally driven to and from church (and medical appointments) for the last few years
wow i would loove to owne that one
It's in beautiful shape.
