proverbs 15:7

i believe whats not understood is folly,
it is only when it is understood (and rightous) that it is then knowledge.
so the more easy to understand one is the less folly there is to their words.

proverbs 15:23

i think you expect people to follow your own line of thinking,
but people are not psychic, and do not think the same as each other,
the questions you came to ask yourself that lead your thoughts where they went, are not the same as others will experience, it is naive to expect such.

if one goes down a path of thought that leads them to what they believe are revelations, and they choose not to share it, instead expecting others to figure it out themselves,

then they compress their lips, they hide knowledge.

the bible teaches us to make use of persuasiveness. not to shun it.

it also says to 'rightly handle the word of truth' and 'avoid irreverent babble'
drawing out a simple point into a long exchange of question answers, is irreverent, it is uneccessary babble.

2 timothy 2:14-16 esv

just my perspective on things is all.
but you do you...

***MOST*** people are not psychic.

2019-12-23 14:15:29 UTC

***MOST*** people ***THINK*** they are not psychic.

2019-12-23 14:15:40 UTC

just to rephrase more clearly,

if you got a point you should make it clear, make it loud, and make it proud,
cause anything else is just irreverent babble.

***ALL*** technology was here before man was planted on this earth.

2019-12-23 14:20:54 UTC

youve said that before, regarding that statement, it seems to me that there are people who will know of what your reffering to, and so they havnt learned anything from your words.

and there are people who do not know what you are referring to, (and so will probly doubt it) and so they also havnt learned anything from your words.

so your not actualy informing anyone anything by simply stating that without reference or context...

irreverent babble
just my opinion.

would love to see some sauce on it though, perhaps its a bible qoute? whats the passage chapter and verse?

2019-12-23 14:22:52 UTC

My words are for everyone. Or no one. Anyone may change the channel at any time. No one is forcing anyone to read this channel.

2019-12-23 14:25:56 UTC

so basicly, "if you dont like it buzz off" right?
excellent. good to know. here i thought perhaps you might want to add some "persuasiveness to your lips" as the bible says,

my mistake.

2019-12-23 14:26:50 UTC

Persuasion is optional.

Have I made claim to any wisdom whatsoever?

2019-12-23 14:29:03 UTC

if you have read that passage, it is itself wisdom, if you know it and practice it, then you too have some measure of wisdom in practice. thats all that means.

my time is precious, and what of it i could spare to this convo has run out. (hence the importance of being concise)

2 men were conversing, one self proclaimed to be a "recruiter", the other asked if he had heard of a dirt box, stingray? Apon definition , and talking of no such things existing, the question was asked where the information came from. Source was a news piece from the christian radio network. Apon hearing the source, he immediately shunned the knowledge, stating that neither of them would ever agree on anything. 3 months later congress banned the dirt box, "stingray".

Well, that's pretty black or white, even or odd, wrong or right. Does that mean there aren't any grey areas?

Noun
1.
grey area - an intermediate area; a topic that is not clearly one thing or the other

You mean that maybe we shouldn't dabble in the occult? Maybe just a little bit? A small trip around the ouigi board (not sure about spelling) perhaps? A coarse word here and there? A little hatred of those that don't agree with us?
