The predestinated are the only ones considered in redemption - W.B. The doctrine of predestination is thoroughly laid out in scripture. Take for instance Job 38:4-7 KJV, and again in Romans 9:10-15. See it again in Romans 8:29 and Ephesians 1:5.

Now, if you'll notice in Rom. 8:29 he talks about foreknowledge. Predestination is based on what God foreknew about every single individual. Whether they would accept salvation or whether they wouldn't. Yes you have a choice but God already knows what that choice will be.
