I'm trying to find the FULL list from Judicial Watch of 378 counties that more people registered to vote than living there, I've tried searching but I can't find it, I can only find the 5 states with counties they sent letters. Does anyone here know where I can find the full list? Thanks. Please @ me if you know, thanks!

surprised they don't have it easily available so even if they aren't taking action on the smaller ones, perhaps locals of those counties would take some sort of action
