Sure but I think that’s sort of a bad slippery slope argument. I don’t think the First Amendment would be hindered in a significant way of involuntary circumcision is outlawed.

if you ban male circumcision

society will look at is as

"if you can ban something as trivial as male circumcision then we need to ban hate speech!!!"

People have misguided priorities everywhere
