It's legit, I used to have a pokemon clan on Serebii and one of my members who was good with RNG got it for me

the changes they made to EV training Broke down a lot of that barrier to entry... then bottlecaps came along and made it so getting perfect IVs right away wasn't important anymore

Some people (like me) really, really spent forever getting perfect or near perfect IVs though... What a kick in the teeth >.<

Well if you had the right nature on the mother, give it an ever stone, then you have a perfect IV ditto you could make it hold a destiny knot to pass the IVs down

took me so long to get a good contrary snivy but was totally worth it

You can pass *all* IVs with a destiny knot?
