I think the statistics just point out well known problems like shaking baby syndrome and post natal depression, but the title may have baited a little being a parody of the “just teach men not to rape”

Well it was very specific statistics, the clusters where with -related by blood -committed against babies in the first couple of years -by women who are age appropriate to being mothers... that fits fine with what we understand about post natal depression, something I thought more interesting was that men ware more likely to harm strangers or friends and women are more likely to harm intimate partners or relatives.

It also points out that a lot of violence is between young men, amazing how a little anomalies cluster can trigger so many people, I think the title didn’t help, it was baiting a bit, but it makes sense with what we understand about psychology, I just think there are people who can argue the points better then me xD
