Actually no, in the later half of the film the main antagonist shifts and it does the usual movie thing where the family gets back together in the end, but the core of the movie is about a Father trying to reunite with his daughter despite the odds.

At least that’s how I felt xD

Especially since the title of the movie is Coco, which is the name of the Grandma/daughter

Also was based on Mexican culture so the usuals where all “asdfghmydiversity”

But MC is shown to have grown up in an extremely strict matriarchal family that completely smothered him which is what leads to the major conflict

And the family is that way because of the irrational spite held by one women

Nope, I'm British, I'm just awake nights. Yep, they're still adding things to it. Last update was pandas and scaffolding with some related trophies, also more underwater stuff like coral (I think, maybe the map was just old and it spawned in a new biome)
