I think we should make it a policy to always be polite when dealing with these people. If they are crazy, they'll reveal that to everyone. If they are honest, the same thing goes. I think it's a good stratagy

No worries - I wasn't singling anyone out. I haven't actually read any of the new responses since I posted my own.

As I said I'd never call anyone a snow flake to their face. But I can see where the mentality comes from when you can't even handle normal everyday interactions.

But of course it's then recharacterized as our side are unempathetic. It's one thing to be empathetic and it's another to capitulate to someone's neurosis.
