Yeah I remember seeing some documentary about these people I think in the 60s or 70s who lived in this weird house with dolphins that was like filled with water. I think they were studying them. Anyway the one lady was talking about how one of the dolphins would make sexual advances towards her.

just looked it up and the Olympics already has very clear guidelines for allowing trans athletes
the guidelines haven't been used yet, but they are set in place and they seem... as fair as you can hope for
no restrictions on female to male, but male to female has to meet a specific low testosterone measurement for at least one full year before being allowed to compete
as well as being legally recognized as a female for at least four years
