They fund these Commies

2018-12-11 17:28:11 UTC

I mean for capitalism these are fundamental, right:

a) private ownership of means of production
b) free exchange of goods
c) free movement of labour and goods

if you take these away, you don't have capitalism. not cultural, not economic, none. same applies to Marxism, it has its own values and sets of necessary items

a) joint ownership of means of production
b) decentralised commune federation
c) planned economy
d) materialist ontology

and you don't see the "muh guldural margists" aiming for any of these. just like I wouldn't consider a person not going for the fundamentals of capitalism, a capitalist, likewise you can't consider these people Marxist because they aren't going for the aims of Marxism

2018-12-11 17:28:14 UTC

"The culture has been subverted? Fine, we'll just update our marketing"

2018-12-11 17:28:16 UTC

Commie sjw's doesn't make the theory of cultural marxism any more real

2018-12-11 17:28:34 UTC

*don't

2018-12-11 17:28:46 UTC

"marxists have successfully completed the long march through the institutions....okay, we'll just update our Sales speak accordingly"

2018-12-11 17:28:51 UTC

they dont care

2018-12-11 17:29:04 UTC

@Xinyue woah, so anything but free market capitalism isn't Capitalism? you took about the most purist position there out of nowhere lol
i guess I'm no Capitalist now

2018-12-11 17:29:24 UTC

I meant all of those items. if you have none of those, you don't have capitalism @AdorableStormtrooper

2018-12-11 17:29:29 UTC

same applies to Marxism

2018-12-11 17:29:37 UTC

if you have *None* of the listed items, you have no marxism

2018-12-11 17:29:39 UTC

MOST IMPORTANTLY

2018-12-11 17:29:42 UTC

marx was essentially right in that capitalism would be used to destroy peoples...not exactly how he predicted

2018-12-11 17:29:45 UTC

they don't subscribe to historical materialism

2018-12-11 17:29:49 UTC

All the supposed theories proving cultural Marxism "right"(Frankfurt school, postmodernism ect) don't even support the people pushing this theory

2018-12-11 17:29:50 UTC

which is like the *lifeblood of Marxism*

2018-12-11 17:30:05 UTC

yeah

2018-12-11 17:30:08 UTC

CM is horseshit

2018-12-11 17:30:11 UTC

Yes, you are confusing a tactic with an ideaology

2018-12-11 17:30:17 UTC

Cultural Marxism is a tactic

2018-12-11 17:30:20 UTC

you have no account that their ideology is Marxism

2018-12-11 17:30:21 UTC

none

2018-12-11 17:30:22 UTC

in service of an ideaology

2018-12-11 17:30:22 UTC

Frankfurt School wasn't Marxist tho is that what you're telling me?

2018-12-11 17:30:29 UTC

Correct

2018-12-11 17:30:33 UTC

Adorno, Marcuse.. all these people?

2018-12-11 17:30:38 UTC

Yep

2018-12-11 17:30:41 UTC

lol ok

2018-12-11 17:30:42 UTC

there were actually anti-Marxists in Frankfurt School

2018-12-11 17:30:43 UTC

people say cultural marxism because they are noticing the rise of people who call themselves communist

2018-12-11 17:30:44 UTC

😐

2018-12-11 17:30:45 UTC

no joke

2018-12-11 17:30:47 UTC

ie blue hairs

2018-12-11 17:30:52 UTC

and they have the same views

2018-12-11 17:30:52 UTC

I'm sure there were

2018-12-11 17:30:55 UTC

but we don't know them

2018-12-11 17:30:59 UTC

because they don't matter

2018-12-11 17:31:08 UTC
2018-12-11 17:31:27 UTC

thats really the origin of the term, it also sounds like it came from the same crowd who formed r/the_donald

2018-12-11 17:31:41 UTC

People who's work did make influence, were at the time or former Marxists

2018-12-11 17:31:47 UTC

I've seen right wingers accuse adorno of being some commie who wanted to subvery culture when he was actually very anti consumerism
