But no, he broke all promises, he failed to be convincing president, he alienated the Russians, he intervened in Syria, he threatened Venezuela with war (which prompted pledge of protection from Russia, btw, yes the Russian govt issued such pledge to Maduro), he didn't fix any infrastructure problem, he sidelined (and, frankly, made mockery of) his base at every fucking turn and cucked out to Israel in a way that makes him seem more of a puppet than a leader.

While I dislike nationalism, left-wing nationalism at least makes sense due to the emphasis of the left-wing on community, on the sociality of humans, on the "common/greater good".
