There is also not anything merging the "white race", that's a meme that Americans come up with because they're all mutts. European nationalists realize that not all white people are the same.
I was thinking the Roman system, You can worship Christ, but you have to pay service to the Roman Gods first
You can do that if you call all other gods "saints" though
That's idolatry.
And give them different names
Saints are the archetypes of the good aspects
And therefore minor gods
Christians are just Pagans wearing paper Christ masks
Are you dissing Catholics rn
You're semantically classifying saints as minor gods when Catholics do not consider them to be gods.
They are when looked at by pagan lens
They are exactly what you said, they're archetypes of good aspects. This is maybe a "god" in the pagan sense, and just barely, but not anything like a deity in the Abrahamic one.
Yeah but Christians are not pagans.
There is no perennial archetype that gods represent, there is only the one God.
It's a different type of worship and that's why it's not malleable.
That was not my argument and yes, the entire conception of godhood is different..
That's why I asked if you were calling Catholics idolaters.
Your holidays are pagan derived, your rites, your concepts, your saints, and even the little traditions like naming children after heroes and throwing rice at weddings are all Pagan. Its just that you look in the mirror and see the paper mask, but under the superficial layer, the face is still pagan flesh. Even Christmas started out as a Roman Holiday of drinking, screwing, human sacrifice and gift giving. Saturnalia
:dddd u adopted pagan traditions and made them christian even though ur belief system is completely different ur basically pagan lol
-grug
Might as well concede that and have your norse gods as saints, there will be no difference whatsoever to you
Why would you?
tfw pagans (except put Orthodox priests here)
I happen to like Christian holidays because they are sometimes representative of Christianity's development. Paganism is dead, I don't care if it has pagan roots because that's entirely irrelevant to why we celebrate them.
Why this circle of "I'm better than you"
You are the equivalent of a soccer mom who hates Halloween because it's satanic.
You are the equivalent of a hipster that joins something to be interesting at parties, but then quits it because it takes actual work and talent
And does that over and over
Why don't you just go full autismoid and make a perennial argument against Christianity like a real bigbrain instead of saying chrisdmus wuz pagan :ddddd
This hurts to watch.
Let me call up my hwife, who is a pagan.
@Fires Get a load of this smoothebrain
Ok then. Christianity is a death cult that actively aids in its own destruction with glee hoping to backstab it's own messiah in order to bring him back by aidin his enemies
I'm not sure I follow there buddy.
Everything is about martyrdom and memento mori, Take Relinquaries for example
Wow, a time machine to a 2006 Atheist convention!
A sacred case made to house corpse bits
>standing up for what you believe in and remembering to not waste your life on self-destructive things is "le death cult"
Well I've never talked to any Christians who worship death, but I also haven't been to Mexico or the lesser Antilles.
But the main thing is the invasion of small town america by the somalis is traced back to the local churches
Also the dumping of this waste, all protestant charities
