the issue is concentricity

The issue is this nigger just undid all the rifling by die pressing the bullet

anyway, the idea is that you have normal threading until the end then thin wall of non rifled barrel and then continued rifling with deeper cuts that have vents at the deep ends of the last part

So between the drag of being reformed and the lack of rifling to match in to the next rifling, it's fucking useless.
