The second people bothered trying to get to know me past the surface and saw what I'm really like they were turned off

Therapy is a thing.
It's a big self-perpetuating cycle
I've been going to therapy since elementary school dude.
Then try different therapy.
DBT is pretty effective with changing unhealthy habits.
What's dbt?
Dilectic Behavioural Therapy, or something like that.
Has a good success rate with practically modifying behaviour and thought patterns
So rather than self-destructive emotional spirals, you get something more constructive.
That's what schizos usually get, yeah?
I think they get brain magnet stuff.
Which is also highly effective
