Sanshou actually sounds pretty legit

Nice mix of fighting styles to give you a rounded toolbox

It's better than your average Martial art

tbf if you're not doing multiple martial arts that complement each other, you're doing it very wrong

If you are just doing it for wellness and fitness it's just fine

Even a basic mix of brawling and wrestling will leave you better off than any single style fighter

I’ve only ever been in two bar fights, one I won and one that sorta got stopped halfway through

Jew jitsu is mainly standup

But watching actual ground guys like at adcc is a lot of fun

When you know what's going on ground fighting is so much more fun to watch than a standup fight

Catch wrestling is great watching material
