The Christian response is always if paganism is so strong and bad ass then why did Christianity conquer it? My response is money and trade forced them into it as well as superstition from manufactured events.

Exactly. It goes hand in hand. I’ve mentioned this many times. I can’t tell you all of the occurrences I’ve had driving by a church that had a banner that said “submit” or “obey” on it. Teaches subservience of a government through strong belief in a religion.

It literally puts you on your knees and even has verses telling you to accept being a slave.

Creates an emotional connection through illogical ideas of faith and believing in something. Makes you think somewhere in the back of your mind god is in control of your government so nothing bad can really happen to you lol.

A religion who is on your side will tell you to get up off your knees and conquer the jew
