https://youtu.be/fzq--yDWfJU But Jeffery Dean Morgan's acting is great, he was perfectly cast. In fact, a lot of the characters were perfectly cast, imo it's one of the few upsides to the show. Characters do indeed look like their comic counterparts and are mostly well-acted.
But you notice, that the best scenes in the show are basically ripped from the comics. That's not a coincidence. The writers of this show always fuck up when they divert from the source material, at all.
