If a 3 year old can't dead lift 400 pounds but both their parents are olympic athletes does that mean they won't have any predisposition towards athleticism?

@randomNPCno3 because yunger people develop at differnt rates and their brains are more plastic than as adults. They still have an "IQ ceiling" that is genetically determined.
