I was really optimistic that he was going to do something about the Chicago violence because this is something that I care about the most.
I was hoping he would implement stop and frisk and be tougher on criminals, but it seems that with his justice reform agenda, he made a 180 on this also.
Criminals and distributors of drugs need to be punished. Not coddled and given second chances.
I wonder if he is convinced to backpedal by his son in law Jared and daughter Ivanka.
Who knows. All i know is that once the Dems start approving and supporting Trump, it is too late.

What is an interesting social phenomenon is how quickly you will be chastised by 'pro free speech' conservatives for even daring to be skeptical of Israel.
I have been called a leftist, a shill for Islam and a Trump hater for expressing these sentiments.
I think the taboo is what makes this an even more enticing subject that makes me want to explore it further.

I could be a naive optimist that boldly and blindly thinks that everything orange man does is amazing, but I chose to rationally assess things before offering my insight and avoid following mainstream opinion only because it would be "morally right" to do so.

Discord isn't my life. I only come here to express my views regarding political topics. Unfortunately, politics is an ugly mental sport. There is hardly ever anything positive to discuss when engaging in politics.
I welcome discussions with people with opposing perspectives in hopes that I can mature intellectually.
