These pictures prove that the sun is close and small... the bottom picture was taken on the 4th of July in Detroit... My friend in Tampa Florida said the sun went down 1.5 hours before me even though we're in the same time zone???

According to the globe model the sun is 93 million miles away and 1 million miles in diameter. If that was the case every ray of light hitting the Earth would be parallel. Because at that distance and size one degree of the sun is 10 times the diameter of the Earth. Every ray of light should look like this.. https://s15.postimg.cc/9hb5wqzjv/Screenshot_20180507-142623.jpg

If you trace back the angles of the sunlight the point at which they intersect is the distance from the surface of the Earth.

If you want to get to the bottom of the rabbit hole you have to question everything even if it seems ridiculous

explain heat lamps

2019-01-06 20:25:36 UTC

true the sun doesn't account for all the heat on the planet,

2019-01-06 20:25:48 UTC

See where the hottest spot of the earth is. It's above the impact point where the sun should be

2019-01-06 20:27:04 UTC

The distance from the equator to the poles to the sun is only 4000 miles or .000043%... that is an insignificant amount to account for the dramatic temperature differences.

on another note - cloudy nights are normally warmer than nights of clear sky

Alaska grows the largest vegetables in the world near the North Pole but no plant life whatsoever exist in the South Pole?

This video explains so much. He answers all the questions you could possibly have about the Sun

well i know it's not a ball of gas

He breaks it down with real world experiments that you can duplicate yourself.
