depends on the extradition treaties

some nations that share them with other nations...if the crime includes death, then they would keep them out of control of the nations they have extradition treaties with

i rigged up a switch in the basement so the pc got full phone access with other phones in the house cut off so no interfering calls in the middle of the night

when i first got online, the ad for the isp said 'unlimited access' ....when i went and checked the internet to see how unlimited it was

later on i got dsl

then further along.....i later got fiber

local telco offered the dsl, so i dropped my isp for the dsl

then the telco mergered with another co....moved to a slightly faster dsl....then yrs later they offered fiber internet...been on that ever since
