Federal, State, Local... the structure is designed to segment for a reason. I know you are mad - we all are - but POTUS is not a king or dictator - he is POTUS. The State and Local depts. are the ones that have to.

if the local has been established to protect the ideology of "gun free zones" they are already "in the bag" - POTUS can't change that w/ a snap of his fingers.
