right

2018-02-25 18:53:12 UTC

i would.

2018-02-25 18:53:25 UTC

you would, but then you're woke

2018-02-25 18:53:28 UTC

people smoke pot and pirate movies. probably will still happen, anyone who wants to be free

2018-02-25 18:53:29 UTC

would your neighbor?

2018-02-25 18:53:33 UTC

tho i do think it needs an internal regulation of sorts

2018-02-25 18:53:40 UTC

yeah but that's still the "silent minority"

2018-02-25 18:53:48 UTC

competition IS the regulator

2018-02-25 18:53:57 UTC

the whole point of BTC was that the algorithm was the regulation

2018-02-25 18:54:02 UTC

competition and cooperation both imo

2018-02-25 18:54:05 UTC

it was inherent, built in, like nature...or at least supposed to be

2018-02-25 18:54:11 UTC

birds get together in flocks

2018-02-25 18:54:23 UTC

there must be a reason for cooperation

2018-02-25 18:54:28 UTC

well the big banksters got together and regulated the Federal Reserve Note as the defeacto currency

2018-02-25 18:54:31 UTC

but there isnt only 1 flock

2018-02-25 18:54:36 UTC

there must be a reason for competition

2018-02-25 18:54:43 UTC

you got more money than them to buy them out and end their influence?

2018-02-25 18:54:47 UTC

its a balance, prescribed to the system it is regulating

2018-02-25 18:55:19 UTC

sure sure, but what i'm saying is that the challenge will be overcoming the perception that the current federal government/federal reserve should have a monopoly on the currency

2018-02-25 18:55:39 UTC

all of us here can easily be convinced of the utility of one cryptocurrency or another, that's not the point

2018-02-25 18:55:43 UTC

we aren't the target audience

2018-02-25 18:55:53 UTC

the target audience is still everyone that is not on this channel

2018-02-25 18:56:01 UTC

that's kind of a lot

2018-02-25 18:56:39 UTC

potential Internet laws could be a culprit to Cryptos?

2018-02-25 18:57:08 UTC

or Digital laws, if that is a thing.

2018-02-25 18:57:32 UTC

"be a culprit"?

2018-02-25 18:57:37 UTC

i don't understand what you mean

2018-02-25 18:57:57 UTC

sorry meaning a potential downfall for cryptos

2018-02-25 18:58:09 UTC

laws could be the culprit

2018-02-25 18:58:19 UTC

detriment

2018-02-25 18:58:23 UTC

yes

2018-02-25 18:58:24 UTC

any laws can be a downfall to cryptos, it's the perception of the validity of those laws that matters

2018-02-25 18:58:37 UTC

and if u can enforce them

2018-02-25 18:58:47 UTC

think of piracy of video content in the 90s

2018-02-25 18:58:55 UTC

sure...it was illegal

2018-02-25 18:58:57 UTC

it just got pushed underground

2018-02-25 18:58:57 UTC

but so what

2018-02-25 18:59:02 UTC

I personally think the downfall of crypto would come from microchipping.

2018-02-25 18:59:12 UTC

so how are cryptocurrencies going to be served by being relegated to an underground currency?

2018-02-25 18:59:27 UTC

Otherwise, it's like any other tool. (guns)

2018-02-25 19:00:21 UTC

For microchipping to work they have to convince you of the security it provides, but a catalyst scenario will likely have to happen at a mass scale to justify it to the masses
