You ever had the "pump" in your stomach? I had it once when i did about 60-70 sit ups real fucking fast (in a minute or less). I had this horrible feeling in my gut that took over my body, and my muscles felt like they were about to implode.

In your arms it feels nice.

But it feels fucking awful when you get the pump in your gut.

I'm not /fit/ but I always have times when I get on fitness routines and cycles.

Nah fuck that, work out till you're so physically spent you cant go anymore and then repeat it the next day.

There are times after working out for extended periods of time that my body feels like it's been hit by a truck.
