As far as I know, self publishing may be a bit difficult, but you can always convert your book to a PDF and sell copies for cheap through a server, eg: Mega.

Okay but what about Amazon

I don't know about that. But, paying for a link to a full copy would be easier for an individual.

That's a bit of a problem... 1. You don't know what file format they're using and 2. "Earn up to 70% royalty on sales..." I'd prefer 100% royalties.

I would offer 2 versions - a demo of the writing; and the full version. But the full version would be sold for an actual link to the upload on a server.
