I've simply move to wholer, rawer food diet, and little starches... I was almost 300lbs, because of my "doctors "

ya F*** doctors, they dont do crap unless its for a paycheck

I've lost 70lbs, off 80% of the meds they had me on and cut the last 20% in half.

Started smoking pot.. I feel better
