@hungrylion I heard a warning that iodine can leach calcium from your body. I don’t take it so don’t know but would research.. I think Dustin uses it and may have done video on making it. He seems quite informed on heath topics

I would suggest making it yourself. Self reliance is a needed skill in this population and when the store is out or something it’s always good to be prepared
