last time i was there i had an acne cyst over my spine on my back

they said they couldn't remove it

so i showed them how to do it safely, by doing it myself with them holding mirrors up for me

ok, anybody with acne issues, just so u know..it's not an infection from the outside world trying to get into ur skin..thats the doctors and big pharma lying to u. its ur body trying to purge toxins and or infections it can't get rid of normally thru other means

btw, currently taking hemp in my diet in small doses to reverse the effects of accutane medication i took 25yrs ago

which screwed me up a bit more by closing my pores

alright then, gut flora, get it in order and one's immune system will help one recover

even those 'nature' items in the food chains are suspect...track down the owners..u'll see a deep state connection eventually

even if you try to go all natural and organic to help with health issues, our stuff is still polluted and full of metals and toxins but at least organic is still the way to go.
