I spent some time with him and he is truly genuine.. he knows a lot about health and SSP .. but with Q he's just putting out there what he's feeling .. sometimes misses .. but he's just trying to help and inform peeps .. he's not saying he knows all ..

Yes I'd agree, he is not claiming comprehensive 'certainty' on his takes / interpretations. IN that sense he has evaded the role of troll or propaganda. He like others will make some misses.
