intelligent thought - penalties for fake news once proven fake : the following 3 strike rule goes in place with fines and only placed upon fake news from this point forward. these are the charges - 1st 1/4 network value given to either gov and/or persons effected by fake news, 2nd 1/2 of remaining network value to gov and/or persons effected by fake news. 3rd all of remaining network value to gov and/or persons effected by fake news and they lose right to broadcast(can't even use the same buildings under a different name or 'owner') in usa. or any other nation that enforces the same rules on fake news.
